Brightline Initiative and Project Management Institute released this framework with the one and only Ricardo Vargas to help leaders maximise on the success of their strategies beyond the planning phase. The framework has 10 principles in total. You can consider them all together, some of them, or focus on a single principles depending on the circumstances within your business. If you focus on only one of them though, make sure you are fully aware of the rest of the principles, since time will come for you to navigate through them.
